Cairn Leisure is a property development company which was formed 20
years ago, specialising in the licensed trade. Several hotels and
public houses have since been bought and sold.
Originally centred on Bridge Of Allan, we are now active on the west
coast, the Trossachs and Speyside.
Recent developments include the 40 bed
Aviemore
Bunkhouse development in Aviemore, the renovation and new bar at
the
Lake Hotel, Port of Menteith, new kitchen and bar extension to the
Bridge Inn, Aviemore, and a 24 bed extension to the
Oyster Inn in Connel, by
Oban.

riverside lodges, All four star rated. Over the coming 12 months the lodges will be upgraded to include saunas, hot tubs, plasma TVs
and satellite, and a Norwegian Barbeque Bothy!!
The
majority of our properties are tenanted out - in the central belt,
and although we are still actively looking for development
possibilities in that region, with specific tenants in mind, we are
interested in developing partnerships, financing individuals with
culinary and hospitality skills, who can invest in a larger better
location with our financial backing and other benefits of being
attached to a larger company.
Today we have various licensed properties in Falkirk, Stirling,
Bridge of Allan, Aviemore, Connel, Port of Menteith and a selection
of retail and domestic rental units in Bridge of Allan. We operate
every type of unit - from working mans pubs, to award winning hotels
and restaurants.
Cairn Leisure attracts many investors into business partnerships,
including Ally McCoist and Nick Nairn, who are willing to back
potential operators both financially and with their experience in
this field.
